How does a Group Order (GO) work?
- Open — You browse active GOs and submit your order with quantity.
- Closing soon — Within 3 days of the deadline; last call.
- Deadline — Listed as a date. Submissions accepted until 23:59 KST of that day.
- Bulk-buy — We place the wholesale order on Alibaba and confirm payment with each buyer.
- Ship — Once items arrive, we pack and ship via your chosen method.
Payment
We accept payment only via Alibaba escrow service. After your order is submitted, we'll contact you on Alibaba to confirm details and arrange payment. No external bank transfers, PayPal, or crypto.
Shipping options
- K-Packet — most economical, tracked, 7–14 days for most countries.
- FedEx — fastest, more expensive, 3–5 business days.
- Korean Warehouse pickup — for buyers using a forwarder.
Tax / customs duty is the buyer's responsibility and is not included in item price.
Photocard exchange policy
- Damages larger than 5mm on the portrait area are eligible for exchange.
- Unboxing video required — please record continuously from sealed package to fully open contents.
- Report within 24 hours of delivery via Alibaba chat.
- We sell 100% official items only.
Cancellation & refund
- Cancellation is not possible after your order is submitted. Please double-check before submitting.
- If a GO does not reach the minimum bulk-order quantity (rare), we'll issue a full refund via Alibaba escrow.
- For any other concerns, contact us on Alibaba — we respond within 1 business day.
